Mrs. Grace Kwach holds a bachelor’s degree of procurement and a master’s degree in Business Administration - Finance. She has trained in modern farming practices and value addition with Enterprise Uganda. Kwach has also attended several trainings and exposure visits organised by The Uganda National Apiculture Development Organisation (TUNADO). Yearly, she participates in Harvest Money Expo training where she got skills in piggery, fish farming, goats rearing, value addition on various produce. These trainings have been of a fundamental importance in the growth of Polla Farm. Kwach, as the visionary of the farm, is competent enough to lead Polla to the next level of its strategic development, thanks to this rich background.
Polla Mixed Farm is currently producing fruit trees and non-fruit trees, piggery, watermelon, honey and cereals. The farm’s projects are seated on 300 acres of land.
